HCL Technologies issued a second quarterly report for the 2018-2019 fiscal year. HCL Technologies said its net profit rose 4.2 percent to Rs 2,534 crore. Dollar revenues rose 2.1 percent to $ 2,099 million. HCL's revenue rose by 3 per cent at Rs 14,860 crore in the value of rupee. Revenue and tax returns grew by 2.2 per cent to Rs 2,922 crore. HCL said the software is the reason for the revenue growth. The Board of Directors of HCL Technologies has approved a 2-rupee dividend for dividend plus 2 rupees a share. The dividend will be issued on November 11, 2018. Roshni Nadar and Rohini Nadar Malhotra, daughter of Shiv Nadar, have been chosen as vice chairman of Board of Directors. At the end of the quarter ended March quarter, the BSE benchmark Sensex declined by 27.30 points, or 2.79 per cent, to trade at 952.75 rupees
