Removing Iran's ban on humanitarian grounds - International Court of Justice

The US, which canceled a nuclear treaty with Iran, imposed economic sanctions on the country. Furthermore, Iran has warned that no country should deal with crude oil, including November.

Iran appealed to the International Court of Justice seeking to cancel the sanctions imposed by the US. The inquiry was conducted in the International Court of Justice in The Hague, Netherlands. Representatives of the US and Iran participated.

In an international court ruling on Iran's continuing sanctions on Iran, "the sanctions on drugs, food, agriculture and basic goods exports will affect the basic needs of the country. Therefore, in keeping with this, the US has to remove the sanctions on Iran. "

However, does the United States President Trump follow this ruling of the International Court? Or is the US appealing in this case? I do not know.
