US citizenship for 50 thousand Indians in 2017

The official announcement has been issued on granting citizenship to Indians living in the United States. In the year 2017, 50 and 802 citizens were granted US citizenship.

It has been reported to be 4,000 more than in 2016. That is, 46,188 people in 2016 and 42,213 in 2015 are citizens of the US.

Of these, 12 thousand are in California, 5,900 in New Jersey, 3,700 in Deacas, and 7,100 in New York, Pennsylvania.

Overall, 7,600,000 people have been granted US citizenship in 2016. Of them 1 million 18 thousand 559 were from Mexico.

In addition, 37,674 people from China, 36,828 from the Philippines, 29,734 from the Demeni Republic and 25,961 from New York.
