Indian woman's lawyer appointed to the US Court of Appeal: Chancellor Trump ordered

WASHINGTON: President Trump has appointed an Indian-origin lawyer named Niomi Rao as a judge of the United States Court of Appeals. Brett Khatuna, who was sexually harassed last month in the United States, was appointed as a Supreme Court judge. Prior to that, he served as a judge in the Columbia Circuit Court. It is considered to be the highest court of appeal in the United States after the Supreme Court. In this regard, President Trump had ordered appointment of Neoi Rao (45), an Indian-origin woman of Indian origin for a vacant judge. He declared this in a Diwali celebration at the White House.
