London Court orders to send Mallya to India for Rs 9,000 crore bank fraud case: Judge Review

London: The London court has ordered the UK banker Vijay Mallya to return home for Rs 9,000 crore in repayment of loans in Indian banks. Vijay Mallya is expected to appeal to the UK High Court against this order. Famous businessman Vijay Mallya (62) has loaned over Rs 6,000 crore in public sector banks to increase his business. But he did not repay the loan and interest. He has to repay over Rs 9,000 crore with interest. But he did not pay them back to London. The CBI and the Enforcement Officer filed a case in which the assets were frozen. Since Vijay Mallya was a citizen of England, the CBI could not arrest him and arrest him. The CBI has filed a suit last year in a London court seeking him to send him to India. He was arrested last April and released on bail.

The trial of Vijay Mallya began in London Court on December 4 and lasted for a year. On behalf of Vijay Mallya, he said that there will be no facilities in Indian jails, good medical care and life threats. Following this, the 12th room of the Mumbai Arthur Road prison was taken and sent to London Court. In this case, the Westminster Court in London sentenced Vijay Mallya to India. Chief Justice Emma Arbuthnad said:
There is no indication that there is a case of lying against Vijay Mallya. After examining all the evidence, it was decided to answer. How much more loans were given to him? It is amazing how they were spent. The 62-year-old Vijay Mallya should be sent to India to meet the cases of CBI and enforcement.

The 12th room video of the Mumbai Arthur Road prison, where Vijay Mallya is to be imprisoned, shows a clear picture. It seems recently decorated. He could get treatment for his diabetes and heart disease. There is no basic evidence to believe that there is a danger to him here. The judge said in his judgment. Judge Emma suggested to UK Minister Sajid Javed to submit the recommendation of sending Vijay Mallya to India. He will issue the order to send Vijay Mallya to India. Vijay Mallya has the right to appeal to the UK High Court to oppose the London Court order. So he is likely to appeal.

Welcome to CBI
The CBI has welcomed the London court's decision to send Vijay Mallya to India. CBI spokesman Abhishek Dayal said, "This decision is welcomed by the CBI. We will soon bring Vijay Mallya to India and complete this case. The CPI has the strength. In this case we worked hard. Law and truth were strong. We were confident that he could bring him to India. "

'I want to lie about what is said stolen'
In an interview with the London Court, Vijay Mallya said, "I did not steal anyone's money. The loan repayment mechanism has been reported in the Karnataka High Court. For this, I have no connection with the case sent to India. Nobody can dishonize the court's law by telling false methods to repay the debt. The Enforcement Department has frozen my assets. They can not be false assets. I would like to deny that I have stolen money and said I ran away. "

Mumbai prison ready
Mumbai's Arthur Road Prison authorities are in a position to keep a high security room in order to capture the famous businessman Vijay Mallya to India. Mumbai's terrorist attacker Ajmal Kasab was detained in the same jail. Arrangements have been put in place to lock Malilla in a high security room in a two-storey building located on the Arthur Road premises. An official said, "We are ready to keep Mallya locked up. If he is brought to this jail, we will take care of him. If Mallya needs any emergency medical help, the doctors will be treated at the hospital near the room
