Osama Bin Laden son Hamza Bin Laden stripped of Saudi citizenship

Hamza bin Laden, the son of slain Al-Qaeda leader Osama bin Laden, has been stripped of his citizenship by Saudi Arabia.  The information was first released by the interior ministry in a statement published by the official gazette Umm Al Qura. The US officially declared Hamza as a global terrorist two years ago.
The decision was taken after the US State Department offered a reward of up to $1 million for information leading "to the identification or location in any country" of Hamza and called him a key al Qaeda leader.
As per the US government and the intelligence agencies, Hamza bin Laden is an emerging leader of Al-Qaida and has been posting videos on the internet calling for attacks on the US and its western allies. According to the State Department, Hamza wants revenge against the 2011 killing of his father after the US Navy Seals launched Operation Neptune Spear to capture Osama bin Laden. During the operation, Laden was killed and was buried at sea because no nation was willing to accept his remains.
As per reports, items seized from Osama’s hideout indicated that he was grooming Hamza bin Laden to replace him as the leader of Al-Qaeda. Incidentally, Hamza is married to the daughter of Mohammed Atta, the main hijacker in the September 2001 attacks on the World Trade Centre.
Al-Qa’ida which was established in 1988 declared war against the United States in 1996.
