The International Internet Service System, known as The Internet Corporation of Names and Numbers, is carrying out routine maintenance work. Russia has warned that many Internet servers may lose contact over the next 48 hours. In the recent years, Internet users have been engaged in crippling websites.
During the maintenance, ICANN will be involved in the improvement of security features in order to prevent Internet freezing. It may take up to 48 hours.
