Kegal exercises are practised by women to regain muscle strength after pregnancy but can also be used by men to cure erectile dysfunction and improve overall sexual health and performance. These exercises can also help in preventing the development of erectile dysfunction.

Kegel exercises
To locate the kegel muscles, try to hold your urine while urinating. The muscles that you contract in this process are the ones you need to exercise. Once you have located these muscles, all you need to do is contract and relax them at a slow count of 5 each, and repeat the process ten times.

Squats
another exercise that can help in strengthening the pelvic muscles is the squats. Squats improve blood flow to the pelvic area, increase strength and help in curing erectile dysfunction. If practised regularly, it can help in the prevention of the problem altogether.


Bridge
A yoga posture that opens up the pelvic muscles, stomach muscles and muscles of the ribs, bridge pose can help in preventing and treating erectile dysfunction because of its effects on the pelvic muscles. The bridge exercises the glutes very effectively and can be a great exercise for both the prevention and cure of the problem.
