The complaint against the DCS against the Americans: the California Court rejects it

California: The California Court has dismissed a complaint against the DCS against the Americans. TCS, India's leading IT company, has several branches around the world. In the United States there are branches of TCS. In the California court, the Americans filed suit claiming discrimination in TCS offices there. Racial discrimination is seen in TCS offices in the United States in the case of a former company employed in the company. Americans and Europeans are treated as second-class citizens. Salaries, wage increases, bonuses were charged with giving priority to Indians.

And more than 20% of US TCS offices are from the US and Europe, as Americans are more likely to be involved in organizational activity such as redundancy. 12 percent of Americans sacked from the company. But South Asian people, including Indians, have only been accused of having a mere 1 per cent redundancy. The California court that inquired into the case was not given any evidence that TCS was racist and discriminated against the Americans. The former employees of the United States have filed the case only with their own anger. This case can not be accessed in this case. So they have been declared to be dismissed
