H-4 visa case trial next month: The problem for Indians working in America

Washington: A couple of countries including India have been struggling to find a case against H-4 visa in the US. H-1B visa is issued to foreigners who work in the United States without residence in the US. The Indians who work in this Visa Information Technology have got the most.

Former President Obama introduced his work on H-4 visa to work in the United States on H-1B visa in 2015. But after the appointment of Trump as US President, Saw Jabs, a US court, has filed a suit in the District Court where the plan should be canceled. The court, which examined the case, ruled that the H-4 visa program was valid.

However, the Supreme Court has appealed against the judgment of the US state court in the provincial court. The Trump administration announced 3 times in the court that it was decided to cancel the H-4 visa program during the trial. But the Trump administration has not issued a proper notification. The court said that the H-4 visa case will be heard again on January 16. It is noteworthy that if the verdict is against, Indians in the US will lose jobs
