New Delhi: Soon, people across the country will be able to withdraw money from ATM machines using the UBI service. The new UPI QR service has been launched in Mumbai for the first time.
Bank of India's new UBI service
Bank of India (BOI), in partnership with online payment system provider AGS Transact Technologies, has introduced this new UBI service. Accordingly, bank users can withdraw money from the ATM machine through the UBI QR based service.

The new UBI service is India's first UBI QR based ATM service. Currently, Bank of India has implemented this service in Mumbai as per its ATMs
Ending ATM frauds
With increasing ATM fraud and ATM card skimming, people are scared to use ATMs. Paying attention to people's concerns, this new service allows people to take money through the secure UBI QR based service without an ATM card
If the QR is scanned enough
With the Bank's integrated UPI utility processor, users can securely take cash by scanning the QR code in the ATM. To use this new service, you must be a Bank of India Bank customer. Other banks are expected to start the service soon
UBI service in practical
This new service is currently being implemented at some bank ATMs in Mumbai. Bank of India Bank said the UBI service will be implemented across India within three to six months
Up to Rs 2000
Users can now use this service to withdraw money from ATM machines up to Rs. 2000 According to Bank of India Bank, the payment for this new service is the same as for a debit card payment service
