Refund Steps for App Purchase from Google Play Store

Make sure that there is uniform internet access and that the Paymont enabled Google Account details are ready.

Doing with Google Play Purchase

1 - Open Google Play Store on your smartphone

2 - Click on the three points button to the left of the processor

3 - In the Accounts option you need to select Purchase History

4 - Scroll downward in the Purchase History area and select a refund processor

5 - Once the processor is selected, click the Refund option

6 - Click the Yes option when prompted on the screen

7 - When this is done, the processor or game is automatically removed from the smartphone. The amount you paid to buy the processor will be sent to your account

Another option is to make a refund from the Google Play Store listing. You can see the processors you purchased in the Residence option. After uninstalling the processor, click on the Refund button.

Users must refund the amount paid to the processor within two days of payment. If it takes too long, you should request the developer of the processor
