Diamond trader Neerav Modi's detention has been extended to a record Rs 13,000 crore in Punjab National Bank. Gujarat-based diamond dealer Neerav Modi has fled overseas with a loan of Rs 13,000 crore from the Mumbai branch of the Punjab National Bank, India's public sector bank.
